Mark Verdino, CPA
Director
Director of Verdino & Co, Mark is a Certified Practicing Accountant who specialises in a range of business taxation and corporate services.
His specific areas of speciality include:
- Small and medium business taxation
- Business coaching and development, and
- Self-managed superannuation.
Initially joining Verdino & Co in 2009 while completing his Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Mark spent several years broadening his experience and knowledge base in other areas before returning to the business, where he played an integral role in the continued growth and expansion of the firm. He assumed the role as Director of Verdino & Co in 2018.
With over 10 years of experience providing a range of personal and corporate accounting and taxation services under his belt, Mark can develop strategies which will allow your small or medium business to flourish.
Experienced in everything from taxation, business development, compliance activities and retirement planning, Mark has the know-how to design a tailored solution that will establish a solid foundation and help your business prosper.
Outside of work, Mark plays soccer for one of the local State Leagues. He also has a passion for the outdoors and is an avid supporter of Ferrari in the Formula 1 and the Western Bulldogs in the AFL, following both sports closely.

Founder of Verdino & Co, Enrico is a Certified Practicing Accountant with more than 40 years of experience in the fields of accounting, taxation and business services.
After many years at the helm of Verdino & Co, Enrico has recently stepped aside and entered the semi-retirement phase of his career. He continues to service individuals and a small group of legacy clients.
Enrico has long-reaching knowledge spanning a variety of industries, with specialist expertise in industries including:
- Transport
- Waste Disposal
- Consultancy
- Building and Construction and
- Not-for-profit organisations
Since establishing the firm in 1997, Enrico has expanded the scope of the business from providing taxation services to a small package of individuals and micro businesses, to become a full-service firm providing the complete suite of personal and corporate taxation and accountancy services.
Specialising in business advisory services, Enrico has a wealth of experience designing effective solutions to guide businesses through every stage.
From compliance, tax minimisation and business planning, to growth and profitability strategies, business purchase and sales, succession planning and superannuation, Enrico can devise a tailored solution to ensure the long-term success of your business.
Enrico is also an avid sports-lover, dedicating much of his spare time to watching and discussing everything from the AFL and soccer through to American sports. As a dedicated Western Bulldogs supporter, you’ll also be sure to find him in the crowd at every Melbourne-based match.
